Seattle instructor, Stewart Tilger, is an award winning professional photographer with more than 25 years of career experience.  Like many of his Seattle clients - Starbucks, Microsoft, The Seattle Times, Pemco Insurance, Holland America Line, and the Mariners, Stewart is a homegrown talent.  His images have appeared in national ad campaigns, on broadcast television, billboards, posters, and even a few credit cards.

Stewart's portfolio reflects a diverse range of subjects, from a two-headed snake for a San Francisco museum to models sunning on Lover’s Beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.  Memorable job moments include photographing a section of a B-2 stealth bomber, and the task of recreating the lunar surface, complete with astronaut footprints for The Museum of Flight.  In the last few years, Stewart has returned to specializing in photographing people.  Real. People.

In addition to his studio photography business, Stewart has conducted numerous photo workshops in college and high school settings and has mentored emerging, young photographers in the art and practice of photography.
